Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible usually within 1 - 2 business days, and you'll receive tracking information once your parcel is on its way. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within South Africa and different options will be available at checkout.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

In accordance with South Africa's Consumer Protection Act (CPA), products that are defective, unsafe, or fail to meet reasonable quality standards may be returned within 6 months of delivery for a repair, replacement, or refund.
